Dealing with insurance can be time consuming and frustrating – Our job is to make sure each office has the resources available to assist every patient whether or not they have insurance.

Our billing specialists keep track of account balances and patient refunds. We make sure collections are in check so the practice can focus on what is truly important – patient care.

Our goal is to alleviate some of the pressure by keeping track of patient accounts and services rendered, calling on past due balances, and issuing patient refunds. We strive to ensure the office is up to date on collections so they can focus on patient care.
Ryan Londry, DDS
Ryan helped co-found Southeast Dental Partners in 2012 and currently serves as its CEO. He focuses mainly on business development and acquisition strategy and does so with a keen eye on continually providing maximum value to the partner doctors and practices. His unique understanding of the provider and business side of a dental practice allows him to grow the business with a constant focus on clinical autonomy and independent development of each partner practice. Ryan earned his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University and graduated with Honors while earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Ryan and his wife Seantel live in Charlotte, NC with their two children Ellie and Graham.
Lisa has been with Southeast Dental Partners since 2012 and has previously served as Front Desk Manager and Business Manager, and in 2017 was named Director of Operations. Lisa has a vast knowledge of what it takes to run an efficient dental practice and puts this to work during the company’s strategic launches of new practices. Her passions are ensuring the business is running as effectively as possible and that the company’s employees feel truly valued.
Chelsea has been with Southeast Dental Partners since 2016 and currently serves as Operations Manager. She has also served as a Front Desk Coordinator where she excelled in management of an individual dental practice and now supports multiple teams to ensure the day-to-day operations are as efficient as possible. Chelsea brings an incredibly positive attitude to the team which helps support the culture of the company.
Taylor was named Human Resource Manager in 2017 after serving as the Executive Business Assistant for several years. Taylor oversees talent acquisition and recruitment for Southeast Dental Partners and all of its individual partner practices. Her role in the company provides a great resource to the partner practices in not only delivering timely additions to practice but also team development.
